Abstract
The paper focused on tourism laws and environmental litigation which will enhance the proper execution of the rules and regulations instituted in the tourism industry and implementation of environmental laws for a sustainable living. The aim of this research study is to show how tourism laws and environmental litigation will enhance standards in the tourism industry, ministries and environmental agencies and evaluate their potentials. It is therefore essential that we catch up with the changing technology, methodology and instrumentation of executing tourism laws and environmental litigation. It is also ideal for us to provide the atmosphere of independent judiciary for effective adjudication of justice.
