By sending your article to us and subjecting your article to our peer review processes, the authors have irrevocably accepted the following terms and conditions:
- The journal processes and publishes articles based on the understanding that the authors have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions enumerated here on the journal’s website.
- The authors certify that the article is their original work and has not previously been published, and is not currently under consideration by any journal.
- If the article contains material (textual or illustrative) which is someone else’s copyright, the authors do hereby declare that they have obtained the unrestricted permission of the copyright owner (and can provide evidence of this) and the material is clearly identified and acknowledged within the text.
- The authors also warrant that the article does not, to the best of their knowledge, contain anything which is libellous, illegal, or infringes anyone’s copyright or other rights.
- The authors accept that the journal retains the right to refuse to publish any content, and to remove anything that she considers unsuitable.
- The journal reserves the right to make any change whatsoever on any article without any prior notification to the authors or their agent.
- The authors hereby indemnify the journal from any legal proceedings, claims, damages etc which may arise in the course of publishing their article in print or online versions of the journal.
- The authors hereby absolve the journal of any liability arising from any inaccurate or misleading data, opinion or statement that emanates from their article published by the journal.
- The authors warrant and indemnify the journal from any liability or being liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with publishing their article by the journal.
- These terms and conditions were published on the journal’s website on Monday, 22nd day of November 2021, but took effect from Saturday, 1st day of January, 2022.
- The printed version (hardcopy) of the terms and conditions was phased out completely from the 1st day of January, 2022, and this online version took effect wholly and independently from that day.
